Lightroom from Adobe has to be the most fantastic invention since long life milk! It give you the power to improve your image, add filters, work on colours and do 90% of the stuff that you used to do in Photoshop. It also works as an archiving system allowing you to add keywords, captions and search right across all of the images in your library. Shooting in RAW has never been easier.
The Adobe Lighroom 4 book for digital photographers by Scott Kelby is an excellent – but heavy – resource if you are planning to take it into the field. Alternatively download some of the fantastic resources that are available your ipad or computer and watch them on the plane.
My top videos is . Julieanne Kost. The Adobe evangelist. http://www.jkost.com/ Really good.
Also for an ipad look at Lightroom 4 retouching LR Crash. Lightroom 4 Quickstart, and Welcome to Lightroom 4.
Really good content.

I do agree with all the ideas you have presented in your post. They are really convincing and will definitely work. Still, the posts are very short for starters. Could you please extend them a bit from next time? Thanks for the post.
Hi Linda… Thanks for the comments. I have more comprehensive information in my 10 things to know document. I make this available on my tours. One day I might publish it.
I envy your ability to create nice article – simply wannted to state I like this !
