Okavango and Kalahari in the Green
Dates: 1 – 8 February 2015
This trip coincides with the summer rainy season — and in the Kalahari rain means game. The birds are abundant, animals are dropping their young and the cheetah and lions are on the prowl. The clouds are hugely impressive We will visit impressive baobabs, walk with Bushmen and discover the miracles of this landscape. The game in the Okavango is plentiful and we should have great sightings in this wonderful green season trip.
Arrive in Maun by 14h00 on 1 February and fly to Tau Pan where we spend the next two nights. We then fly to Nxai Pan for two nights and spend the final 3 nights at Kwara. We will be back in Maun on 8 February in time to meet international connections to Johannesburg. Or we can arrange add ons on your behalf.
$4180 per person with no single supplement. It includes all trip costs from Maun and back to Maun. These rates are based on 5 people and if there are fewer than 4 the trip will be recosted.
