Our suggested guide for Cape Town and beyond – Charlie Ratcliffe

Our go-to-guide for our guests visiting Cape Town and surrounds, Charlie leads small groups in his quality vehicle and interprets the city’s natural beauty and cultural heritage.
Day 1 Arrive in Cape Town and spend three days touring Cape Town with your guide. Based in the Waterfront close to restaurants and attractions, we will ensure you experience the highlights of the city, the Winelands and the natural and cultural attractions that abound. Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Cape Point, Table Mountain are highlights of this stunning city voted by countless travellers as their favourite in the world.
Day 4 Fly direct from Cape Town to Skukuza Airport and transfer to your lodge in time for an afternoon game drive. The Sabi Sands has a choice of lodges that suit all budgets with fantastic guides and amazing game drives. In this wilderness area on the fringe of Kruger National Park, it’s quite possible to see the Big Five in one day.
Day 7 Fly direct from Nelspruit’s KMIA airport to Victoria Falls – here you can experience the wonders of this World Heritage Site on walks, game drives, boat trips and by helicopter. Or, take a swim, in Devils Pool right on the edge of the Falls.
Day 10 Its just one hour by road to Kasane in Botswana where you can take a flight that will have you in your lodge in the Okavango Delta in time for your afternoon game drive. The Okavango is a World Heritage Site — a truly amazing wilderness area with rivers that attract wildlife in abundance to one of the greatest wilderness areas in the world.
Day 14 Reluctantly fly home. Or adding extra days in the Okavango Delta if you have the time.
